Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, enhancement, maintenance, and support of the company's Salesforce applications. This role collaborates with stakeholders across departments to translate business requirements into technical solutions and improve platform adoption and efficiency. Minimal travel will be required.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Lead the administration and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Oversee the configuration, enhancement and management of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to align with business needs.
• Design and implement data models by creating custom objects, fields, relationships and record types to support scalable business processes.
• Design and implement complex lightning flows, LWCs, workflows, validation rules, and Lightning pages.
• Develop, Optimize and Maintain Dashboards & Reports in Salesforce to provide actionable insights and track key performance metrics.
• Manage data migration activities by leveraging relevant data movement tools such as Data Loader and other ETL tools to import/maintain large datasets ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Manage user roles, profiles, and security settings to ensure data integrity and security.
• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users, resolving complex issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configuration, processes, and user training.
• Conduct regular data audits, cleansing, and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, recommending and implementing enhancements.
• Lead the integration of Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications.
• Provide training, mentorship, and support to end-users and junior administrators to enhance their Salesforce proficiency.
• Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required, degree in computer science, information systems or related field is preferred.
• Advanced experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud; experience with Data Cloud, Commerce and Communities is a plus.
• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Proven experience in designing and managing complex Salesforce configurations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and data governance.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts to non-technical users and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, quality and accuracy of assigned work and projects.
• Proven time management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple demands, manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team; experience process design and project management is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, team members and upper management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with analytical tools such as Tableau and OBIEE, is a plus.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware (MuleSoft) or others.
• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein for Service or other Generative AI tools.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce development best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Experience with ERP and CRM applications such as Oracle Advanced Pricing, Oracle Channel Revenue Management; Salesforce experience preferred.
