Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Technical QA to join a leading banking client within their marketing team. This is a hybrid role and requires 3x/week on site Chicago.

Role Overview:

The Technical QA adheres to an established checklist and process to ensure all emails, automations, and customer journeys work perfectly- links, personalization, audience, automation- before anything goes live. This role involves close collaboration with the email, campaign, and development teams.

Responsibilities:
• QA technical implementation (dynamic content behavior, data-
driven logic, basic validations).
• Validate functional requirements, links, tracking parameters, and
rendering.
• Execute testing in Litmus and document defects clearly.
• Ensure compliance with defined process/checklists; validate post-fix
readiness.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-3 years of experience as a technical QA in an email/digital environment
- Hands on marketing campaign testing experience
- Understand trigger logic (entry/exit criteria), rendering (in outlook, gmail, mobile), and tracking (clicks, opens)
- Can clearly explain end to end QA process
- Use Litmus for testing

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience working at a marketing agency
