Insight Global is looking for a Creative QA to join a leading banking client within their marketing team. This is a hybrid role and requires 3x/week on site Chicago.
Role Overview:
The Creative QA adheres to an established checklist and process to ensure all emails, automations, and customer journeys are visually perfect, on-brand, and customer-ready.
Responsibilities:
• Reviewing emails, automations, and customer journeys for customer
experience
• Ensuring brand consistency across large scale campaigns
• Catching tone, copy, and visual issues before execs see it
• Follow established QA checklists rigorously and consistently.
• Identify issues others may miss; document defects clearly.
• Partner with PMs and developers to validate fixes and ensure
readiness.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of QA experience in email/digital environment
- The ability to think from a brand/customer perspective (QA email creative for layout, content accuracy, links, rendering, and brand consistency)
- Can clearly walk through QA Process ( Strong attention to detail and process discipline)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working at a marketing agency
