Job Description
A enterprise technology client is seeking a SAP Business Analyst with ABAP experience to join their team! This individual will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications, and supporting SAP solutions across modules such as WM, FI, or Quality. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with users, assisting with configuration, reviewing and debugging ABAP code, supporting RICEFW developments, and executing testing across unit, integration, and UAT phases. The role will also involve troubleshooting issues, supporting data loads, and producing clear documentation and user training materials to ensure system optimization and user adoption. This role is a permanent role with a pay range of $90,000 - 110,000, located in Lansing, IL, and follows a hybrid work model.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2–5 years of hands-on SAP experience in a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst role
• Functional experience with core SAP modules (e.g., WM, FI, Quality, or similar)
• Working knowledge of ABAP, including the ability to read, debug, and review code
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Hands-on involvement with testing phases (unit, integration, and UAT)
• Strong documentation skills (process flows, specs, training materials)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments
• Exposure to RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows)
• Experience with data migration or loading tools such as LSMW
• Prior end-user training or production support experience
