Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role includes performing preventive maintenance, installing new equipment/upgrades, and supporting overall plant operations while adhering to safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform machine and building maintenance, including preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment is fully operational
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including reading schematics, P&IDs, and using diagnostic tools (meters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
• Maintain and repair mechanical systems, including compressors, dryers, gas systems, water and vacuum systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC systems (hardware and software)
• Support fabrication and equipment modifications, including building or repairing components using tools like lathes, mills, welders, and presses
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including chillers and air dryers
• Work across hydraulic, pneumatic, and motion control systems
• Install new equipment or upgrades and support plant projects
• Coordinate with and manage outside vendors and contractors as needed
• Perform routine inspections and document all maintenance activity
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, repairs, and production-related documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and actively participate in plant safety initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with 5S standards
• Support team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts (HPT participation)

Required Skills & Experience
Must-haves:
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong experience with electrical troubleshooting, including reading schematics and using diagnostic tools
- Working knowledge of PLCs (ability to troubleshoot and interpret programs)
- Experience with mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and compressors
- CNC Maintenance experience
