Job Description
This specialty insurance company is looking for an Integration Senior Project Manager to join their IT Delivery team and support high-impact integration initiatives, primarily tied to M&A activity. This role will own end-to-end project execution — defining scope and deliverables, building detailed project plans, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple stakeholders. The PM will work closely with IT, business partners, and leadership to synthesize requirements, perform gap analysis, and maintain strong documentation standards. You’ll proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and provide clear, consistent project communication while driving scalable and sustainable process improvements.
An excellent candidate brings a senior-level PM mindset, thrives in integration-heavy environments, is highly organized and documentation-driven, and can confidently lead complex IT initiatives with minimal oversight. Strong tooling experience (Jira, Excel, PowerPoint), SDLC knowledge, and the ability to manage large, fast-moving projects will set someone up for success in this role.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of Project Management experience with clear Senior PM ownership
Strong integration project experience within M&A environments
Insurance industry experience or strong domain understanding
Solid IT Project Management background with exposure to SDLC
Hands-on experience with Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proven strength in project documentation, reporting, and PMO administration
Experience managing $1M+ initiatives & multiple initiatives at a time
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk mitigation skills
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a remote environment including business stakeholders & IT delivery partners
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Technical acumen (systems integrations, platforms, or IT delivery)
PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or similar PM certification
