Job Description
The Contract Talent Advisor will own full‑cycle recruiting for Sales roles and act as a strategic hiring partner to Sales leaders through the Director level. This individual will translate hiring needs into clear recruiting strategies, advise on market conditions and tradeoffs, and ensure delivery of high‑quality candidates in a fast‑paced environment.
While supported by dedicated sourcing partners, this role requires the ability to proactively source when needed and independently manage multiple priorities. The Talent Advisor will also support interview coordination, offer discussions, and system tracking within Oracle HCM, maintaining compliance throughout the process.
• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for Sales roles
• Partner with hiring managers on role definition and hiring priorities
• Screen and assess candidates against defined sales competencies
• Collaborate with sourcing partners to maintain pipeline health
• Proactively source when needed
• Provide market insights and hiring guidance to stakeholders
• Support interviews, offers, and pre‑employment steps

Required Skills & Experience
• Sales recruiting background (REQUIRED)
• 1–4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
• Agency recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting Sales leaders through Director level
• Ability to manage multiple active requisitions in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Working knowledge of employment and labor laws
Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience recruiting B2B or field sales roles
• Prior experience in a hybrid or corporate environment
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM or similar ATS
Background acting as a true talent advisor vs order taker
