-Someone with Customer Experience/Service Excellence/Customer Satisfaction ideal
-Someone who knows about Medallia software, familiar with OSAT/CSAT metrics
-Project management skills needed: great communicator, good with deck prep for steercos and other types of meetings, can run effective workshops. Run the meetings, take the notes, hold people accountable to commitments.
-This is a program of 12 small projects with a small group of people
-Multiple vendors involved, someone who can hold vendors accountable to project outcomes

Required Skills & Experience
-3-5+ Program management (they can be a SR. PM that worked on managing multiple smaller projects at the same time; Job title isn't too important)
-Strong Project management skills needed: strong with deck prep for steercos and other types of meetings, ability to run effective workshops; also ability to run the meetings, take notes & hold people accountable to commitments.
-Someone who can hold vendors accountable to project outcomes
-Experience managing marketing projects focused on customer experience, customer satisfaction and service excellence
-Knowledge about Medallia software, familiar with OSAT/CSAT metrics
(Even if no in depth experience here, as long as the candidate knows what it is in general)
Strong writing communication (writing strong enough to prepare for senior people; they won't be directly presenting to leadership but will be in steer co)
