Job Description
We’re looking for a hands‑on UX/UI Lead to join a highly visible product and innovation organization that is currently stretched due to multiple initiatives ramping up in parallel. This role will play a critical part across early‑stage innovation, enterprise‑level UX strategy, and delivery, particularly with new offerings.
This is a proactive, builder‑mindset role — ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, jumps into problems quickly, and isn’t afraid to prototype, test, and iterate while ideas are still forming.
Responsibilities
Lead UX/UI efforts across multiple initiatives currently in flight, including:
Early‑stage / inception‑level innovation work
Ongoing product enhancements for existing offerings
New offerings launching later in the year
Drive cycles, taking concepts from early validation through design maturity in partnership with UX leadership and product peers.
Act as a hands‑on designer — rapidly prototyping, iterating, and pressure‑testing ideas (this is not a purely strategic role).
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and UX peers within a pod‑based product structure.
Support enterprise‑level UX thinking, contributing to best‑in‑class design approaches used across global teams.
Present work regularly in executive‑facing forums, including weekly product experience meetings.
Confidently handle challenging stakeholder questions and articulate design rationale clearly.
Depending on initiative intensity, mentor or lead a junior designer within a pod or workstream.
Stay proactive as new needs arise across the enterprise and help shape where UX support is needed most.
