We are supporting a global procurement team responsible for SAP Ariba, with a key focus on Buying and Invoicing modules. This team is maintaining and enhancing Ariba while concurrently supporting the implementation of the ZIP procurement platform.

Required Skills & Experience
Key Responsibilities (Both Roles)
• Support SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules, including day-to-day operational support and small enhancements.
• Maintain system stability (“keeping the lights on”) while managing backlog items and minor improvements.
• Support multiple SAP Ariba implementations and integration efforts.
• Work closely with the ZIP implementation team to support upstream and downstream procurement and invoicing processes.
• Understand and support end-to-end invoicing processes across integrated systems.
• Participate in stakeholder discussions to understand requirements and support delivery during the ZIP go-live (targeted for late June).
Senior SAP Ariba Specialist (8–10+ years)
• Provide strategic oversight for SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, including roadmap and implementation strategy.
• Act as a lead resource during the ZIP integration, helping guide decisions and align Ariba and ZIP processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, improving team capability and technical depth.
• Delegate work appropriately while remaining hands-on when needed.
• Manage both upstream and downstream procurement and invoicing processes, including U.S.-specific integrations.
• Serve as a key point of contact for project stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Mid-Level SAP Ariba Specialist (4–5 years)
• Provide hands-on support for SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules.
• Assist with implementation activities, enhancements, and operational support tasks.
• Work closely with senior resources to support the ZIP integration and Ariba-related initiatives.
• Support testing activities and configuration changes as needed.
• Gain exposure to multiple Ariba implementations and enterprise-scale integrations.
Required Experience
• Strong experience with SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules.
• Experience supporting or implementing Buying and Invoicing within SAP Ariba.
• Solid understanding of invoicing processes and integrations.
• Experience managing upstream and downstream procurement workflows.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, distributed team environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with ZIP (ZIPHQ) procurement platform.
• Experience with Ariba e-Invoicing configuration and end-to-end testing.
• Exposure to sourcing within Ariba (not required).
• Experience working directly with project stakeholders.
