We are seeking a results-driven Direct Mail Marketing Specialist to lead and scale a seven-figure customer acquisition program focused on probate funding. This individual will own performance across our marketing channels and play a key role in optimizing volume and efficiency of cases.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role reporting to the SVP of Marketing. The right candidate is a disciplined performance marketer who understands how to test, measure, optimize, and scale acquisition channels. While direct mail will be the primary focus, this role will partner closely with digital marketing and may expand in scope over time.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of performance-based customer acquisition experience
• Proven ability to manage and optimize large marketing budgets
• Demonstrated ability to grow volume and improve cost per acquisition or comparable performance metric
• Strong analytical skills with comfort working in data to drive decisions and improve campaign outcomes
• Experience managing external agencies or vendors
• Aptitude in testing, iteration, and driving measurable outcomes
• Highly independent, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with a focus on meeting and exceeding KPIs
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• • Direct mail experience in a performance-driven environment
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
• Ability to contribute to copy or creative strategy
• Exposure to multi-channel acquisition programs
• Familiarity with NetSuite and PowerBI is optimal, but experience with other CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools is desired
• High proficiency with advanced Excel and spreadsheet data analysis
