Pay Rate

$52 - $65 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce FSC solutions to support BMO business requirements
Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and custom integrations
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce and enterprise development best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve Salesforce application issues
Support deployments, testing, and release management activities
Continuously improve system performance, scalability, and user experience across the Salesforce platform

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience developing on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Proven experience with Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
Experience designing and implementing scalable solutions within complex enterprise Salesforce environments
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, profiles, roles, and sharing rules
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in a FIS (Fidelity Information Services) environment or integrating Salesforce with FIS platforms
Financial services or banking industry experience
Salesforce FSC certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, etc.)
Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or OmniStudio
Previous experience supporting large enterprise or global Salesforce implementations
