Job Description

DFIN is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support daily operations of our global Salesforce environment. This role focuses on configuration, data maintenance, user support, and execution of defined system processes. The administrator will work closely with RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure Salesforce remains accurate, stable, and aligned with established governance and changemanagement protocols.

This role is highly process-driven and focused on execution, making it ideal for offshore operational support teams within SaaS organizations.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
• 3-5 years of experience L1 - L2 (day to day salesforce changes, updating opportunities for reps)
• Hands-on experience administering Salesforce in an operations, systems, or support context (SaaS experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of core Salesforce objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases) and foundational admin capabilities.
• Experience with building reports, dashboards, list views, and basic automation (e.g., Flows).
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation in a highly controlled environment.
• Proficiency with data tools (Data Loader, Excel/Sheets—vlookups, pivot tables).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good English communication skills, especially in written support environments.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or progress toward certification.
• Experience working with offshore teams supporting U.S. or EMEA sales organizations.
• Familiarity with CPQ systems (Zuora CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, DealHub) is a plus.
• Exposure to SaaS GTM tools such as Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Marketo, Clay, etc.
• Experience supporting release cycles and basic metadata deployment processes.
