Job Description
DFIN is seeking a detail-oriented Deal Desk Support Analyst to provide operational support to our global sales team. This role ensures that quotes, pricing structures, and deal configurations are accurately created and aligned with established commercial policies and thresholds. The analyst will work closely with sales reps to prepare quotes, validate terms, and support approval workflows within a clear, prescriptive operational framework.
This is a high-volume, process-driven role that requires accuracy, responsiveness, and strong adherence to governance and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• 3-5 years experience as a deal desk support analyst
• Zuora CPQ experience
• Salesforce CPQ, RCA experience
• Dealing with reps: having the ability to pushback -- type A
• Experience in sales support, order operations, revenue operations, deal desk, or related quoting functions (preferably within SaaS or subscription-based environments).
• Familiarity with CRM and CPQ systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite CPQ, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and a disciplined, process-driven work style.
• Proficiency with Excel
• Ability to collaborate with sales, RevOps, and customer success teams.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Timely support and communication aligned with US time zone working hours.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
• Understanding of SaaS pricing constructs (subscription, usage-based, tiered).
• Experience supporting U.S. or EMEA sales organizations from an offshore location.
• Exposure to discount governance, approval workflows, and commercial policy enforcement.
