Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a temporary Project Coordinator to assist a large retail/healthcare client in Deerfield, IL.
Responsibilities:
After Investment Request approval, review with project team the codes to be requested (confirm store list, scope of work, assets, capital / expense)
Request and work with accounting to obtain correct WBS codes for projects
Issue resolution and follow up as needed to maintain 3 day turnaround between request and code issuance
Communicate codes to all end users and answer any questions on use
Maintain code request tracker and reporting
Topside code use management
Guidance to team on process improvements

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience as a project coordinator or related.
Experience supporting projects-- preferably capital, construction projects.
Strong change management mindset with the ability to keep cross functional teams accountable.
Familiar working with offshore teams.
Skilled in Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal & written communication.
