Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead to define and oversee the testing strategy for a global Finance Transformation program involving the remediation of the Workday Foundational Data Model (FDM) and the implementation of OneStream as the organization’s strategic enterprise performance management platform.
Workday is already deployed across the organization as the core enterprise platform supporting both Financials and HCM. The transformation program focuses on remediating and optimizing the existing Workday data model and finance processes, while implementing OneStream for financial planning, consolidation, and enterprise reporting.
The Testing Lead will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end validation of system changes, financial and HR data integrity, and integration flows across the enterprise application ecosystem.
A critical component of the role will be the oversight of testing across integrations between Workday, OneStream, and multiple boundary systems, ensuring data consistency and operational continuity across the enterprise landscape.
This role will coordinate testing activities across Finance, HR, Technology teams, and system integrators, ensuring the program maintains high quality standards and minimizes operational risk.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise testing leadership roles.
• Experience supporting large-scale Finance Transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of Workday platforms (Financials and/or HCM).
• Experience with enterprise performance management platforms such as OneStream, Oracle EPM, or Hyperion.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise integrations and data validation processes.
• Experience working with global implementation partners and cross-functional teams.
