Lead end‑to‑end delivery of projects within the Deposits portfolio aligned to Ambition 2030 goals
Serve as the primary point of contact and vocal leader for both business and technology stakeholders
Build, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules, documentation, and financial tracking
Run multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing work within a pod‑based delivery model
Manage internal teams (SA, QA, technology) and external suppliers to align on scope, timelines, and deployments
Coordinate vendor‑led solution delivery and ensure all dependencies come together for release dates
Facilitate working sessions, status forums, and leadership updates on schedule, risks, and financials
Drive collaboration through strong in‑person presence and active participation in office culture
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and raise issues proactively
Adhere to requirements including a mandatory 20‑day furlough period at any point during the year

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 7+ years in Project Management
2-4 years of experience in large financial insitutions
Proven ability to rapidly build and manage project schedules from scratch in dynamic, ambiguous environments
Strong leadership presence with high confidence, clear communication, and the ability to operate autonomously
Experience managing 3–4 concurrent projects or a mini-portfolio (pod model) totaling $500K–$1.5M, with at least one project up to ~$2.2M
Demonstrated ownership of financials including CapEx, OpEx, forecasting vs. actuals, and maintaining financial variance within 4%
Strong documentation skills including creation of project charters, roadmaps, schedules, and detailed artifacts
Ability to identify, ask for, and manage project inputs/outputs across business and technology teams
Experience coordinating internal teams and external vendors/suppliers to meet fixed deployment timelines
Comfort working in highly collaborative, in-person environments with strong stakeholder engagement
Ability to “walk into any condition and operate” with minimal direction
1+ year of experience using Clarity
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working with core deposit platforms such as FIS
Background managing vendor‑managed or supplier‑led applications (Fiserv, Jack Henry, Infosys, or similar)
Experience operating in pod-based delivery models aligned to business and technology teams
Exposure to release‑driven environments (e.g., 4 releases per year)
Strong process‑improvement mindset with the confidence to call out gaps and drive change
Experience supporting enterprise forums for schedule reviews, feedback, and delivery transparency
