Own Azure + VMware cloud architecture
Define and enforce cloud standards
Design and provision Azure solutions as needed
Support AVD, AVS, and PaaS implementations
Partner with infra, security, and global teams
Maintain clear technical documentation

Required Skills & Experience
Strong Azure specialization (PaaS + core platform)
Azure VMware Solution (AVS) + Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
Including Citrix to AVD migrations
Experience deploying Azure services with Private Endpoints
Hands-on with:
Azure VMs, AVD, ASR
Key Vaults, Azure databases
Web Apps / Container Services
Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse
Architecture ownership: standards, documentation, new designs
Ability to guide APAC business units
Comfortable stepping in hands-on when needed
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Terraform / Bicep
Security tooling (e.g., wiz.io, next-gen logging)
VCF with NSX‑T
VMware Aria (Ops / Automation)
Azure certifications
