LLM Architect -INTL India

· Partner with business and technology stakeholders to assess feasibility and define GenAI use cases across operations, digital products, analytics, and enterprise functions.
· Lead hands‑on execution of complex GenAI solutions, including prototypes, proofs of concept, and production deployments.
· Design and implement LLM‑based architectures, including:
o Prompt engineering
o Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
o Vector databases
o Multi‑step AI workflows
· Contribute to the standardization and reuse of GenAI components, frameworks, and patterns within the CoE.
· Support model monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management, including performance tracking and drift detection.
· Collaborate with platform, data, and MLOps teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant deployments.
· Stay current with emerging GenAI research and tooling, translating innovation into practical enterprise solutions.
Enable broader teams through documentation, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance.

· 9+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or machine learning.
· 5+ years of hands‑on experience delivering ML or AI solutions in production.
· Deep expertise in Generative AI and LLMs, including models such as GPT‑4/4.x, GPT‑3.5, Claude, LLaMA, or equivalent.
· Strong experience with prompt engineering, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and transformer‑based architectures.
· Hands‑on proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
· Proven experience implementing RAG architectures, vector databases, and semantic search.
· Solid understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, and lifecycle management.
· Experience deploying AI solutions on AWS and/or Azure in enterprise environments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to operate in a consultative, cross‑functional role.
