Job Description
- Working task tickets they get in from pharm ops team to help fix or build new teams in the epic system
- Projects- time is mostly spent in pent in epic doing daily build and maintenance
- Able to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of technology such as hardware, networks, and applications.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience creating and delivering presentations for projects.

Required Skills & Experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent certification) in healthcare, business management, or information systems.
At least 2 years of experience working with information system software solutions.
Epic Willow Ambulatory certification
