Job Description

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager / PMO resource to support a global time and scheduling system transformation across manufacturing plants. This role is execution-focused and operational in nature, responsible for driving adoption of an existing change framework and ensuring successful implementation at scale.
The organization has partnered with EY for change management, and that engagement concludes in March. A change playbook is expected to be delivered; this role will own execution of the plan, manage gaps, and ensure day-to-day progress with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute an established change management and implementation framework for a global timekeeping and scheduling rollout.
• Act as a Change Manager and PMO partner, coordinating timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across operations, supply chain, and plant leadership.
• Ensure training plans are executed, communications are delivered, and adoption milestones are met.
• Lead day-to-day coordination with project teams and plant teams.
• Proactively identify gaps, risks, and change impacts, and drive resolution.
• Travel to plant locations as needed for critical go-live events (e.g., Champagne, IL).
• Track progress and deliver updates using PowerPoint, Excel, and Jira.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience

Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Change Manager and/or PMO in large-scale system implementations.
• Strong execution mindset; comfortable working within an existing framework rather than designing new change strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate change plans and set expectations.
• Experience working with manufacturing plants or factory environments and understanding the realities of plant-floor workers.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Jira.
• Ability to operate hands-on, drive conversations, and keep initiatives moving forward.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
