Job Description: The Security Analyst will be tending to security requests for field and corporate offices. They will also oversee 280+ locations where we manage the standardized camera systems. Must be able to identify and analyze problems when security cameras are not performing properly. Will include minor technical troubleshooting and will require the ability to adapt and find solutions. Requesting and overseeing services with vendors. Perform all duties assigned by Security Manager.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Technical/Professional Accreditation (e.g., license, certification, designation): N/A
• Strong communication efforts with both field operations teams, corporate teams (Legal, Safety, HR, etc) as well as external communications when necessary (Police, Fire)
Responsibilities
• Occasionally lifting or moving packages to program, ship, or organize equipment in inventory. Sending shipments to branch locations. (10% of the time)
• Analyzing incidents, technical troubleshooting, critical thinking. Using different modes of communication to appropriately engage with colleagues and vendors.
• Security incident investigation and management.
• Identify and analyze problems when security cameras are not performing properly.
• Guiding local personnel on troubleshooting efforts and arranging repairs/replacements of the security camera systems with vendors.
• Equipment programming, shipping, ordering, and inventory maintenance.
• Provide guidance or escalation on other related security items (Electric fence, guards, barriers, etc)
• Determining which troubleshooting steps to take and when to escalate
• Determining when to arrange a service call or replacement devices
• Analyzing camera system issues and determining which steps to take to resolve.
• Thorough investigative review of incidents
