Administer, audit, and maintain Workday security configuration, including role‑based access, security groups, and access logs.
Conduct ongoing Segregation of Duties (SoD) reviews and security audits to ensure compliance and prevent conflicting access.
Govern Workday reporting by overseeing report administration, auditing shared content, and ensuring secure and accurate distribution.

seeking a Security & Reporting Lead to own governance, compliance, and reporting strategy within our Workday environment.
Security Oversight:
Administer and audit Workday security configuration, access logs, and role-based access.
Manage security strategy aligned to business roles, duties, and object access.
Review security groups and business processes to ensure workflows function properly and do not fail due to misaligned roles.
Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) audits to prevent conflicting or high-risk access (e.g., self-approval of sensitive transactions), including monitoring temporary or elevated roles.
Reporting Oversight:
Govern report administration, auditing, and overall reporting strategy.
Ensure reports, dashboards, and shared content are accurate, secure, and properly distributed.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday security architecture, business process frameworks, compliance controls, and reporting governance
