Job Description

A client is seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Senior Project Manager to join their Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO). This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of client-facing and internal projects that support our enterprise goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in benefits administration systems and a proven track record of managing complex projects across methodologies and stakeholder groups.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions):

Lead and coordinate client-facing projects, ensuring alignment between client needs and internal execution teams.
Manage internal initiatives that support client success, including operational improvements and strategic growth efforts.
Occasionally oversee enterprise-wide internal projects, such as technology implementations and efficiency programs.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans using tools like Smartsheet and Jira, applying Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and executive stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
Ensure projects contribute to client health, growth, and cost savings objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

5–10 years of experience in benefits administration systems and/or client-facing roles.
5+ years of direct project or program management experience.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, and other project tracking tools.
PMP certification preferred.
