Job Description

Duracell is seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to support the global rollout of its Salesforce TPM (Trade Promotion Management) solution across Europe and Asia. This consultant will run parallel to an existing Change Manager and will own approximately half of the 18 go‑lives scheduled from May through August.
This role requires an experienced practitioner who can quickly assimilate project context, leverage existing change assets, tailor materials for local markets, and independently manage stakeholder groups across multiple regions. The ideal candidate blends structured change management expertise with strong relationship‑building skills, cultural awareness, and a proactive approach to supporting global teams.

Manage 8–10 global go‑live waves, primarily in Europe/Asia, for Salesforce TPM deployment.
Review existing change management assets, communications, and training materials; localize as needed per market.
Deliver live training (virtually) and support key users throughout readiness and early adoption.
Lead stakeholder engagement, communication tailoring, and execution of change plans.
Track and report readiness metrics and progress to the core PMO and business leaders.
Identify exceptions and create supplemental guidance for markets with unique use‑cases.
Support markets that struggle with the tool post‑go‑live, especially during budgeting season (Aug–Oct).
Collaborate closely with the U.S.-based Change Manager (Julie) for alignment and transition.
Operate independently with high accountability, ensuring timely deliverables and business-user support.
Build trust with business teams that have previously had poor consultant experiences; demonstrate value quickly.
