Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated, service-focused data center associate to provide “hands and eyes” support in the data center. The person will support day-to-day data center operations through ticket execution, change/control work (often after-hours), asset/CI tracking in DC Track (DCIM), and physical network/server tasks (rack/stack, copper/fiber work, troubleshooting, and basic configuration assistance).

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of data center work experience
• Data center experience is strongly preferred (true data center/computer room experience)
• Experience with DC Track (DCIM / asset management)
• Wiring & cable management experience (required)
• Proficiency Microsoft Office and ServiceNow
• Willingness to work flexible schedules (including weekends/holidays occasionally)
