Job Description

A manufacturing client in the rubber track and equipment industry is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support a growing sales operation serving customers in the construction, agriculture, industrial equipment, and OEM markets. This newly created position will work closely with outside sales, logistics, and management teams to ensure customers receive timely information, accurate pricing, and exceptional service.
The Inside Sales Representative will handle incoming customer inquiries, prepare and submit quotations, enter and manage sales orders, and maintain customer data within internal systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize in a fast‑moving environment, and a professional, personable demeanor suited for interacting with long‑standing customers and an established dealer network.
This position operates within a small, close‑knit team inside a larger organization, requiring flexibility, initiative, and a willingness to take on responsibilities both inside and outside the traditional sales support scope. Some travel will be required, especially during onboarding, to meet key dealers and understand product applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of sales or customer‑facing experience, within the construction, agriculture, or industrial equipment industries (other relevant experience considered).
-Experience managing core sales functions, including quoting, order processing, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.
-Ability to understand rubber track products or quickly learn equipment manufacturing industry concepts.
-Basic understanding of sales channels, dealer networks, and customer follow‑up processes.
• Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with farmers, OEM buyers, planners, and dealer networks.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with demonstrated ability to manage data, track information accurately, and ensure precise order entry.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, sometimes chaotic environment, fielding calls and emails, and coordinating with logistics teams on shipping timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, with strong general computer skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Direct rubber track industry experience or deep knowledge of equipment manufacturing.
