Job Description
• Provide hands on IT site support in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
• Support Windows & macOS devices, peripherals, printers, and common applications
• Troubleshoot network, server, printer, and device issues independently
• Handle break/fix tickets, escalations, and service requests end to end (SLAs/SLOs)
• Support local servers (file/print, app connectivity, permissions)
• Deploy and image devices using SCCM or similar
• Participate in site infrastructure projects, upgrades, and rollouts
• Create documentation and occasionally train peers/end users
• Provide IT support for warehouse tech (HHUs, VMUs, Zebra/Lexmark printers)

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years deskside / site support experience (manufacturing or warehouse strongly preferred)
• Strong Windows OS experience (Windows 10/11, basic Server familiarity)
• Working knowledge of macOS & iOS (Apple support experience required)
• Hands on networking experience
o Installing/troubleshooting switches, cabling, printers, endpoints
• Server familiarity
o File & print, permissions, basic security, connectivity issues
• Experience with SCCM (or similar) for imaging and deployments
• Understanding of Active Directory (users, groups, permissions)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Manufacturing or warehouse IT background
• Apple heavy support experience (especially for creative or branding teams)
• Experience supporting:
o HHUs / VMUs
o Zebra & Lexmark printers
o Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Infrastructure project leadership experience (multi site a plus)
• Change / Problem Management experience
• Monitoring tools experience
• Certifications:
o MCSA / MCSE
o Dell or HP warranty/repair certs
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, Active Role Server
