An opportunity for a highly motivated, industry established and mid-level professional to join the Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) Operations team. Candidate will be looking to pursue a successful career in the field of Futures & Options and OTC Clearing, and passionate about implementing change and driving process improvements.
Who we are:
ETD Operations is part of ECRMO (ETD, Collateral & Relationship Management Operations). The global function is responsible for the support of post-execution trade clearing and product lifecycle management, the exchange of collateral to reduce counterparty credit risk and support of our clients. Our global team consists of a diverse pool of over 550 individuals spanning 16 cities across 7 countries. We provide front-to back support for a broad range of Clients (hedge funds, market makers, trading firms, advisers and investment banks), Global Market products and businesses including:
• Futures and Options & OTC Cleared (F&O)
• Prime Brokerage (PB)
• Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM)
• OTC Bi-lateral Derivatives (OTC)
The Team:
The ETD Operations Strategy & Clearing Infrastructure Solutions (CIS) team drives and facilitates the change agenda for Futures and Options and OTC Cleared Operations. The team works with ETD BAU teams based in Chicago, Charlotte, Chester, London and Singapore, other Operations teams, Front Office partners and Technology to deliver Enterprise and Regulatory change programs, new business ideas and operational excellence improvements ensuring cross product and efficient solutions are delivered with no impact to risk or stability. ETD Operations have embarked on an ambitious program to refresh their end-to-end technology platforms.
Role Description:
• Responsible for supporting the Chicago based ETD Operations team across the lifecycle of a project including performing an impact assessment, working with SMEs to document business requirements, coordinating UAT testing and ensuring we maintain strong governance across a varied and diverse book of change.
• Running meetings with appropriate stakeholders for change projects, including agendas, supporting materials and meeting minutes.
• Providing high quality MI and updates to Executive Stakeholders, including support of Global Market Operations (GMO) requests for information.
• Become AMRS champion for ETD initiative tracking in Bank of America change management tool (Horizon) ensuring datasets are up to date for latest status.

Required Skills & Experience
• Candidate should be intellectually curious, seeking to understand the impact of change on processes.
• Experienced in working independently, seeking steer and guidance as and when necessary and with a track record of generating process improvement ideas.
• Confidence working with databases, SharePoint sites, PowerPoint and Excel is essential, and experience of AI tooling desirable.
• Confident communicator who can establish relationships and gain credibility quickly across a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Well versed in production of high-quality documents used to communicate complex information succinctly to a wide variety of Stakeholders.
• Experience in Operations, Client Services, Change or Finance line role in Financial Services is essential
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience of Listed Exchange Traded Derivatives Execution or Clearing Operations is highly desirable.
