Insight Global is seeking 2 Distribution Center Leads that will oversee daily shift operations to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe execution of all inbound, outbound, replenishment, and special-order activities. This role supports productivity, employee coordination, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across the facility.

Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
Experience in a fast‑paced distribution environment.
Elite communication skills and experience engaging employees
Proficiency with WMS systems; able to learn new digital tools quickly.
Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and SAP.
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and scissor lifts.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with EWM Warehouse Management System is a plus
