• Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with diverse broker teams
• Consolidate and translate business requirements into a common framework
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity
• Drive project progress by identifying blockers and ensuring deliverables move forward
• Support Cassidy’s team on large-scale enterprise projects across multiple applications and service lines

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on enterprise-level projects
• Ability to lead workshops and gather requirements from multiple stakeholder groups
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging business leaders and executives
• Experience managing multiple projects and driving progress (“herding cats”)
• Ability to translate and distill requirements from various sources into clear, actionable deliverables
• Familiarity with project delivery and coordination (not strictly PM, but delivery-focused)
