Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail‑oriented and strategic Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology solutions for a new application focused on Student Health & Risk Management. The Business Analyst will partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements; develop business cases and functional specifications; and ensure solutions meet compliance, regulatory, and operational standards. The role supports project planning and delivery, coordinates walkthroughs and sign‑offs, and contributes to QA, UAT, and training—championing continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
Hands‑on experience with requirements elicitation, gap analysis, wireframes, and standard business requirements documentation
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to drive priorities and deadlines in agile, cross‑functional environments
Strong organization and deliverable management skills; deadline‑driven and detail‑oriented

Practice 1: Student Health Insurance Plans — Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health Solutions
Practice 2: Intercollegiate Athletic Insurance / Special Risk — Intercollegiate sports (student health/accident, athletics, camps/clinics); Special Risk (K‑12 coverage, cancellation/loss of revenue, voluntary dental/vision, student personal property)
Practice 3: Global Insurance — Travel Assistance, Study Abroad

Plan Administration Services

Waiver verification; insurance data collection and verification
Enrollment management; client enrollment/eligibility file handling
Online enrollment forms and extracts
Bursar billing file integration
Medical record integrations
