Test Oracle Opera Cloud PMS and Hyatt’s Colleague Advantage system
Collaborate closely with the Global PMS Team under the direction of the PMS Strategy & UAT Manager
Acquire technical understanding of systems and platforms
Thoroughly test solutions using relevant approaches and tools
Document, escalate, and prioritize findings/issues during testing
Create certification sign-off packets and obtain approvals for deployment
Prepare operational and technical release documentation and communication
Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Work independently and collaboratively, adapting to new technologies

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in at least two operational areas at a Hyatt Hotel (Guest Reception, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Reservations, Revenue)
Opera PMS experience (front-end and configuration)
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop and execute structured approaches to problem-solving
Highly organized to meet timelines and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with hotel application usage and strategic thinking to understand business impact
Experience with systems such as Opera PMS, Reserve CRS, PRIO, POS, and/or Guest Service Systems
Minimum 2 years of UAT testing
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Associate degree or comparable work experience
Experience with JIRA
Familiarity with HotSOS, Colleague Advantage, and Digital Check-In
