Job Description

Must Haves:

1 year of experience in customer service, call center or service support

High School Dipolma
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and a basic understanding of call centers and call tracking system
Understanding of the technical components of an Information System, including basic hardware, platform, database concepts and terminology
Ability to manage a multiple line telephone system


Day-to-Day:

This resource will deliver first-line technical assistance to team members over the phone, addressing issues related to computers, servers, software applications, and hardware. Evaluates the scope and complexity of each problem, applying established troubleshooting protocols and recreating scenarios when needed to identify solutions. Ensures every interaction is thoroughly recorded in the support tracking system, and promptly escalates more advanced or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams.
