Job Description

Key responsibilities include coordinating with the Coordinate with the Senior Advisor, Global Impact Initiatives and the Impact Strategic Initiatives team on prioritization, and development and implementation of materials and activities to raise member awareness of and ability to report on service project results data.

Required Skills & Experience

Will develop content for and support execution of an internal and external communications plan for the rollout of the Areas of Focus Strategies, including support for IA 26, and IC 26 speeches, breakout session content, written materials, and other communications products, which look to encourage more targeted member action.
Facilitate persona mapping to assist with learning around measurement, impact and planning service for sustainability and measurement.
Develop and implement communications and change management plan for indicators for Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) for Rotary service, inclusive of TRF funded and non TRF-funded service projects.
Coordinate with AOF managers, Grants, Service and Product teams to integrate indicators into appropriate resources and online tools.
Create content to educate staff and members on the newly developed Rotary indicators for service.
Oversee the coordination and completion of the various impact initiatives, included with the efforts above
Brief Meredith Burlew Ellina Kushnir, and Melinda Fountain on impact and areas of focus progress and issues (bi-weekly)
Supporting RI/TRF Committees, TRF Trustee and RI Board meetings to provide updates on the Areas of Focus strategies and Impact initiative activities. Includes preparation of written materials and presentations and talking points for Rotary Senior Leaders and Presidential Representatives.
