Pay Rate

$43 - $54 (hourly estimate)

Job Description

Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases for new and existing features.
Design and implement automated testing frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
Select and integrate appropriate automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, etc.).
Leverage GitHub Copilot to accelerate test development and improve code quality.
Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Perform code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
Monitor and report on test coverage, defect metrics, and quality KPIs.
Maintain CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing.
Continuously improve QA processes and tools to align with industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in QA engineering with a focus on automation.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
Experience with programming languages such as C#, SQL Queries.
Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
