Job Description

The Senior Analyst, IT Financial Operations serves as a strategic partner within the Enterprise IT Business Operations team, driving financial stewardship, cost optimization, and operational excellence across IT spend categories including software, hardware, cloud services, and resources. This leadership-oriented role is responsible for budget reconciliation, cost management, and financial reporting, while ensuring alignment with procurement, finance, accounting, and vendor management processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong financial acumen, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance transparency, accountability, and value realization across the IT portfolio.

Required Skills & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
· 5+ years of progressive experience in IT financial operations, budget management, or procurement.
· Proven leadership in managing cross-functional financial initiatives and vendor relationships.
· Expertise in financial systems (Workday), reporting tools (Power BI), and collaboration platforms (SharePoint).
· Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to lead with influence, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
