Job Description

-Join a team focused on labor management, automation, and quality initiatives across multiple buildings.
-Manage and support projects related to labor management and warehouse automation.
-Collaborate with team members and broader groups (data specialists, project managers, and operations leaders).
-Provide daily problem-solving support and drive continuous improvement in operational processes.
-Prepare and deliver updates on project progress, quality initiatives, and operational improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

-Strong background in labor management (LM), with hands-on experience in labor management systems.
-Experience or familiarity with warehouse automation projects.
-Proven project management skills, including the ability to take ownership of new projects.
-Ability to support and implement quality initiatives within operational environments.
-Proficiency with standard office software and project management tools.
-Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with operations managers, directors, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience with Blue Yonder (formerly Red Prairie, JDA) labor management systems.
-Familiarity with work measurement tools such as Work Study+ for time studies.
-Experience using AutoCAD, especially for automation-related tasks.
-SQL skills.
-Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST) certification.
