Job Description

Lead two enterprise initiatives—Foundational Data Model Restructuring and Planning Optimization—impacting systems like Workday, Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, HFM, and Oracle Essbase. Drive end-to-end delivery, manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and project governance. Ensure system integration, stakeholder alignment, and smooth change management. Track project health, risks, budgets, and facilitate status meetings. Ensure proper handoff and closure with lessons learned.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of project management experience
• Strong knowledge of Workday, OneStream, Hyperion, HFM, Oracle Essbase
• Experience with data modeling, system integration, and EPM tools
• Proficiency in PM tools: MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, MS DevOps
• Agile and traditional PM methodologies
• Experience managing finance transformation and multi-system projects
• Comfortable managing remote teams and working under pressure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• PMP and/or Scrum Master certification
• Experience with foundational data restructuring or planning optimization
• BA background
• Strong business focus and report writing skills
• Flexible work hours
