Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliant assignment of revenue codes and HCPCS codes to procedural supply items.
- Analyze supply usage data to identify gaps, ensure billing accuracy, and drive revenue integrity.
- Support the design and implementation of a procedural supply governance framework.
- Partner with clinical, supply chain, finance, and IT teams to align workflows and improve supply charge capture.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic build and its interface with the - ERP system, ensuring accurate integration of supply data.
- Collaborate with consultants and internal stakeholders on workflow design and governance rollout.
- Provide education and guidance to clinicians and staff on compliant supply documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

Desired Qualifications:
- Clinical background, ideally with experience in procedural areas (OR, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of hospital charge capture processes, with experience assigning revenue codes and HCPCS codes to supply items.
- Hands-on experience with Epic OpTime and demonstrated understanding of how Epic interfaces with ERP systems.
- Proven analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, data validation, etc.).
- Experience working within Revenue Integrity for charge capture or charge description master (CDM) and/or pricing teams a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; able to work across clinical and financial teams.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- RHIA or related health care credential (RN, CPC, CPC-H, CCS, COC)
- 3+ years of clinical experience in a procedural/interventional (operating room, cardiac cath lab, electrophysiology lab, GI/endoscopy, interventional radiology) area
