Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Behavioral Health Consultant to join our team full-time in La Grange Park, IL. This individual will provide brief mental health intervention services to patients in an outpatient family practice that is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Intervention services will be provided in-person or via telehealth.
Responsibilities will include:
• Provide individual and family mental health and substance use therapy in an integrated care setting, serving children, adolescents, and adults
• Deliver brief intervention therapy using evidence-based models --Sessions are typically 30 minutes in length, with a maximum of 6–8 sessions based on patient needs
• Assess referred clients to determine appropriate services and level of care; make timely and appropriate referrals
• Offer case management services to coordinate, support, and advocate for clients accessing mental health, social, vocational, educational, child welfare, and other community resources
• Collaborate with staff and cross functional teams

Required Skills & Experience
• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Therapy, or related field
• LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT required
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with members, referrals, and other community providers
• Valid Illinois Driver's License - minimal driving to PCH facilities (mileage reimbursed).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• CADC preferred
• Federally Qualified Heath Center (FQHC) experience
