Job Description
Our client is an aviation services company looking to add a Director to their Digital Technology team. This person will direct the development, maintenance, and production support of commercial of the shelf applications and systems. Design, develop and Upgrade solutions in ERP systems. Train users in application functionality. Provide end user support for application usage and troubleshooting. Maintain effective and collaborative relationships with functional leaders, partnering to develop technological roadmaps that support their strategic missions.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of application development and integration experience – specifically ERP systems and off the shelf software products.
• 5+ years of leadership/people management experience – technical developers and system admins.
o Overseeing performance management on an individual and team wide scale.
o Ability to prioritize what the team needs to focus on daily.
o Ability to motivate and empower the team.
• Extensive experience with SQL and PowerBI– specifically for Oracle and Microsoft.
• UNIX Scripting experience.
• Specific development for ERP systems: Infor, FSM, LN, Syteline, Costpoint, etc.
• Expereince with management SaaS products and models.
• Project management expert – outline responsibilities, designing how the team works with vendors, software product partner decision making, creating and maintaining budgets, creating work plans, communicating to executive level leaders, breaking through any roadblocks, etc.
• BA in related field
