Job Description
Lead the end-to-end migration of OpenText documents and configurations to Azure, installing and integrating new applications, and ensuring minimal disruption and full compliance with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute document migration strategies aligned with application architecture.
- Resolve storage and SSO-related migration issues.
- Coordinate with global teams to manage deviations and ensure alignment.
- Oversee test automation for migration validation.
- Ensure full visibility through monitoring and reporting tools.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in application migration or implementation technical engineering roles, with recent tech lead experience.
- Experience with Shinydocs Pro (or similar document management tools) and OpenText for ECM (Electronic Content Management) integrations, migrations, and customization projects.
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud, Azure servers & storage, and Azure migration services/tools.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and global alignment.
- Familiarity with test automation and monitoring tools.
- Experience supporting applications through migration or implementation projects
- Experience configuring applications and connection points, and integration points such as REST and SOAP calls for the API patterns
