Job Description
Go-getter with strong attention to detail and communication skills with the ability to multi-task. Candidate will be working with orders/contracts. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter and would require minimal direct supervision.
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellence in client service and handling the day-to-day bookkeeping responsibilities.
Attention to detail, time management, and prioritizing daily work are critical to success in the role.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Ensure all information is captured on the order forms for accurate process of billing. Correct/resolve any discrepancies.
· Consolidate orders, approvals and proof of delivery files for Compliance review
· Ensure billing documents are submitted to Compliance in a timely manner, per the monthly billing calendar
· Maintain accurate and easily accessible work files
· Adherence to laws and best practices regarding dealing with confidential data

· High attention to detail
· Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and Adobe Acrobat PDF Creator and Combine Files functions
· Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work effectively in a cross functional dynamic team environment
· Ability to maintain positive, professional demeanor at all times
· 1-3 yrs. customer service experience, preferred
· Salesforce experience, a plus
