This role involves translating complex business needs into technical solutions, collaborating across departments, and driving successful project delivery in Agile.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in a senior Business Systems Analyst role
Expertise in ERP, CRM, or HRIS systems and business process modeling tools
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficiency in documentation standards (Use Cases, User Stories, UML) and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Preferred certification: CBAP or equivalent
