Insight Global is seeking a polished Executive Assistant for a client who is one of the largest executive retained search firms globally, family-owned and proudly homegrown. With over 500 employees worldwide, they specialize in C-suite and executive-level placements across multiple industries. We’re seeking a highly skilled and discreet Executive Assistant to support our newly appointed CEO. This is a critical, high-visibility role requiring a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll serve as a true right hand—balancing both professional and personal support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management across time zones, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
• Create and revamp PowerPoint presentations from scratch—must be highly proficient and visually savvy.
• Manage a blend of personal and professional tasks (approx. 50/50), including family scheduling, travel bookings, and event planning.
• Attend confidential meetings, take detailed notes, and track KPIs—acting as a chief-of-staff-lite.
• Coordinate internal and global events, including logistics for live events in Chicago and occasional travel.
• Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Be available outside of standard hours as needed for urgent or personal matters.

Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in professional services or client-facing environments.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars and logistics across multiple time zones.
• Comfortable with a hybrid personal/professional support model.
• Loyal, stable work history and desire to be in the role for the long term.
• Excellent communicator with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Based in CST or EST required; Located in Austin or Chicago a plus.
