Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Midwest Remote Secret Cleared Business Process Reengineer to a federal clients team based at Scott Airforce Base. This individual will be support USTRANSCOM personal property management system. is role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient functioning of organizational processes by maintaining up-to-date, streamlined procedures across all teams. The BPR Specialist will spearhead collaborative efforts to develop and sustain a comprehensive Business Process model, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include leading the reengineering of personal property processes, providing subject matter expertise in requirement development, and ensuring system functionality aligns with stakeholder needs. The specialist will facilitate stakeholder collaboration to validate AS-IS processes, identify capability gaps, and align future-state models with auditability, transparency, and resource optimization goals. Key tasks involve conducting systems engineering activities such as use case development, end-to-end process modeling, and functional requirement decomposition. The role also includes analyzing business and system processes to identify automation and efficiency opportunities, leveraging Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to capture business rules and process flows, and producing TO-BE models to support streamlined operations. The specialist will work closely with program teams to translate requirements into actionable features, user stories, and test scenarios, while ensuring traceability and internal controls through collaboration with policy, audit readiness, and data governance teams. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a structured BPR framework aligned with DoD and USTRANSCOM objectives, resolving process overlaps across organizational boundaries, supporting user experience reviews and change management efforts, and monitoring BPR initiative progress using performance metrics. The role also requires maintaining DoDAF documentation in alignment with application releases.
