We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a client in the specialty insurance industry in Chicago. Your day begins by aligning with business stakeholders on hiring priorities and market insights. You spend the bulk of your time sourcing and engaging with a diverse pool of candidates, crafting compelling narratives around the company’s mission to attract top-tier talent. You manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from outreach and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding, all while maintaining close communication with internal teams. Your expertise in FinTech, InsurTech, and digital marketing helps you stay connected to industry trends, which informs your strategies and candidate targeting. You balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, always keeping relationships and quality top of mind. Alongside daily tasks, you promote a collaborative and innovative culture, using digital tools to streamline workflows and celebrate achievements across the team

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (industry experience strongly desired)
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
Familiarity with market trends in specialty insurance and reinsurance
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of FinTech and InsurTech ecosystems
Experience in global hiring
