Configure and manage payroll schemas and rules in SAP SuccessFactors
Ensure accurate handling of 401(k) contributions, including catch-up contributions
Collaborate with business and IT teams to align payroll processes with system configurations
Support data replication from Kronos and ensure proper payroll execution
Validate employee data and ensure alignment with eligibility and benefits criteria
Act as the functional expert for payroll-related configurations and issue resolution
Participate in planning and execution of payroll-related system updates or transitions
Provide guidance on best practices for US payroll within the SAP ecosystem

35 years of hands-on experience with US Payroll in SAP SuccessFactors
Deep knowledge of 401(k) benefits, including contribution rules and deduction handling
Strong expertise in Payroll schema configuration
Functional consulting experience (not technical/programming)
Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and its integration with SuccessFactors
Familiarity with PeopleCentral onboarding and employee data management
Experience working with Kronos time data and payroll replication
Ability to coordinate across business teams, ABAP developers, and IT stakeholders
Strong understanding of eligibility criteria, data transfer, and payroll processing logic
Experience with Fidelity or similar benefits platforms
Familiarity with other HCM platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday) for comparative understanding
Knowledge of SAP integration points and data flow between modules
Ability to guide technical teams on where and how to configure within ECP
