This role is critical in leading accounts receivable initiatives outside of EPIC, ensuring revenue, payments, and rebates are effectively managed within the system. The organization is establishing a new competency, with payments previously unmanaged or delayed. The ideal candidate will function as a subject matter expert (SME) in AR, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, process optimization expertise, and ability to work independently within ambiguity. The position requires executive-level communication, rigorous follow-ups, and system enhancement responsibilities, making it a mix of finance, IT collaboration, and project management.

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of accounts receivable (AR) experience.
Strong project management experience with a comparable level of expertise in AR.
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud, Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, XLOOKUPs), Smartsheet, Bank of America Comperace Pay Portal, and Google IT tools.
Ability to operate in ambiguity and take ownership of the AR portfolio without direct technical guidance.
Experience working on IT-related projects, system configuration, and collaborating with IT partners.
